OPEN CONCEPT ENSUITE
Spring 2019
Presented with an outdated master bathroom that was no longer functional for homeowners, students were to create a space with assigned style constraints. Upon being granted a modern, open feel, it was evident that a new layout, updated finishes, and a new vision was needed to obtain design goals. Crafted with the removal of a toilet closet, jetted tub, and an outdated van- ity, this open concept master en-suite features clear floor space, accessible amenities, increased lighting solutions, and a selection of modern finishes in- cluding soapstone countertops, porcelain tile, Onyx shower wall panels, and a walnut floating vanity. Matte black fixtures were also added upon completion.
TERRA CAFE
Fall 2018
At this upscale modern cafe, we created a soft, romantic environment where all guests feel warm and invited. The wonderful mix of lines and curves is now layered into this space’s architecture and furnishings. The result is a place of balance and beauty, in harmony with its surroundings.
LOFTÂ APARTMENT
Spring 2018
We dressed up this space with a sleek, sophisticated decor that is ready to impress. The owners of this industrial building sought to retain the architecture but soften its formality. Stylish furnishings and the innovative use of form and color meet the challenge. This modern, luxury loft apartment promotes versatility and space utilization.
